Our Returns Policy complies fully with Australian Consumer Law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind but our policy is to accept any item returned in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase. A full refund less postage costs will be provided. Please email us beforehand to let us know that you are returning an item.
You can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
• is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• does not do what we said it would do, or what you asked for and cant be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
If the same product is not available, we offer you an option of choosing another product of the same value or a refund.
Please keep your proof of purchase - e.g. your receipt.
Postage costs for returning any item will be your responsibility.
If we have sent the wrong product or a faulty product we will pay return postage.
